Harrington announced a joint effort to hold a fathers' movement symposium on positive fathers parenting issues to educate Congressional staff members on new policies that are Pro-Family and Father-Friendly.
These issues affect custody and baby-sitting as a father's first option, enforcement of parenting time between children and fathers, access counseling, and several matters that affect rights and responsibilities of unmarried paternity fathers.
Six or 7 panelists will discuss and promote specific policies and supporting academic research for the various recommended proposals and explain them to other Congressional staff members.
