It's been noted...through the efforts of guess which lobby?...that a large percentage of unwed, teenage moms are impregnated by adult males. Note that a teenage mom may be 19 while an "adult" male may be only 18.
So one more effort to control female reproductive choices has recently popped up at least in California whereby such men are going to be charged with and presumably punished for a felony while their counterpart females will be rewarded with the sanctimonious cloak of motherhood.
Thanks to a previous 30 years of the Great Society we already have inner cities full of men who can't be stopped from killing each other and often the rest of us. Yet we think they can be stopped from having sex with willing and promiscuous women who are eager to get pregnant.
Watch for a quantum leap in the continued degeneration of fatherhood as well as motherhood.
