Reflections Of A Conservative

Contributed by John Taylor

President Clinton has already renewed his attacks on men, and fathers in particular. He is now proposing mandatory military work camps for unemployed fathers who have fallen behind on their child support. All of the interred father's income (less cost of keeping them in slave camps) will be sent to the IV-D agencies to redistribute as they see fit.

The people gave Clinton a second chance... to further erode the Constitution, in this case, the 13th Amendment prohibition against slavery and debtor's prisons. So it begins, I think these camps were called in the days of the evil empire (USSR), Gulags.

These camps brought two things to that former nation:

  1. It's destruction
  2. Civil war

Cheney is out!

Contributed by Phoenix

Just got a call from Bob Cheney, Robert L. Cheney, Jr., NOT FROM BUTTE COUNTY JAIL! He has been released on Sheriff's Parole. They just didn't want to deal with him anymore!

He does not at the moment have Internet access, but is working on it as well as trying to get his life back in order. He hopes to be back in contact with you all shortly.

In the meantime, he wanted me to let you know that he is out, and as always, exhorts you to NOT PAY INTO THE SYSTEM WHICH IS EATING YOU ALIVE. (My shout.) He vows he will never pay "Child Support" and believes that if all fathers band together, the system can be starved. He will undoubtedly have much to say on that when he regains access to the 'net.

There is much bad news about these days, especially Clinton's plan for slave camps for fathers, but this is one ray of sunshine in the otherwise bleak prospects for our country.

God bless you all for continuing the fight and keeping the faith.

Outrageous

Contributed by Albert E. Whale

Today, my attorney finally filed a petition for my ex wife's telephone records. For those of you who haven't heard, my ex claims to work in Downtown Pittsburgh, but she's actually working in her home. Of course, since she works downtown, it's reasonable to expect in-home daycare provided by a full- time Nanny. I guess that seems reasonable, don't you? I mean so what if the entire rest of the world cannot have a Nanny, she certainly deserves to have one, right?

Well, today, the tables finally began the tilt the other way. Not only did I get the subpeona filed, but I also got the ex's attorney to admit that she's been working at home now full-time since last November (1995).

I guess that means that the Court Hearing in January of 1996, which totalled 59 pages, and was just limited to Child Care Expenses, is all a LIE! Did you hear me? I said that my Ex-Wife Perjured herself, her attorney perjured herself, and now her attorney admits that my ex was working full-time at home, exactly two months before the four hour hearing for Child Care Expenses.

Many of you have probably read some of my postings about how I was told that I was a DeadBeat Dad after having a wage attachment in effect for over three years.

We all know that the NCP is always abused by the system, is always wrong. But now I can prove perjury.

I love my sons, and I sincerely feel that my eldest is not recieve the love and care he needs. He's 7 years old, and weights 38 pounds. I am seriously concerned about his health problems, he's desires to spend more time with me (me too!) and the fact that his mother is Brainwashing him. Hmm, at $1351.00 per month for two children, I don't know why.

So I ask you, without allowing your emotions to take charge of the matter, what would you do? How would you begin to prove that your the better parent to get Full Custody?

Homelessness

Contributed by Bill Cassady

The past chairman of Chicago mayor Richard Daley's Task Force on the Homeless, Driscoll is the foundress and director of the St. Martin de Porres House of Hope, a 110 bed facility for homeless women and children. Although two-thirds of her clients suffer from drug addiction, over 95% of the St. Martin's residents re-establish self-sufficient lives upon leaving the facility. (Within Chicago's shelter system at large, nearly 40% of clients return to shelters.)

The main causes of homelessness are various kinds of dysfunctionality, and an often total lack of understanding of personal responsibility and discipline. But the fact is that discipline and responsibility are what these women need, and this 'tough love' works.
But, let the old man teach it to them - and there's a different name for it.
